Eco-edutainment : How to measure the carbon footprint of a banana?

Description

This question was raised by Mike Berners-Lee, a leading expert in carbon footprinting and author of "How Bad are Bananas?"

This two-part installation aimed to point out sustainability issues by emphasizing the carbon footprint of everyday subjects.

The Banana Theory project demonstrates, using a QR code and an Art installation, the difficulty we face when deciding how to change our lifestyle and become greener.

This project addresses concerns about the accessibility of information to the consumer. It helps the decision-making process for anyone seeking for more responsible consumerism.
